Welcome to Sabine Service Company, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, requesting services, or engaging in business with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Sabine Service Company, LLC provides residential and light commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and related services, including but not limited to installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.

All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Hidden or unforeseen conditions may result in additional charges. Work will not proceed without customer approval.

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Deposits may be required for installations or special-order equipment.
• Late payments may be subject to fees and/or service interruption.
• Customer agrees to pay all collection costs, including legal fees, if applicable.

Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property, including attic, electrical panels, and equipment areas. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

• Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and parts as provided by the manufacturer.
• Labor warranty is provided by Sabine Service Company for a period of one (1) year unless otherwise stated.
• Warranty may be void if:
  
  • Equipment is not properly maintained
  • Unauthorized modifications are made
  • System is operated outside of intended conditions

Sabine Service Company shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions
• Equipment failure due to age or improper maintenance
• Delays caused by weather, supply chain, or events beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.

Customer agrees to:

• Maintain equipment according to manufacturer recommendations
• Provide accurate information regarding system history
• Ensure electrical and structural systems meet applicable codes

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for safety concerns, non-payment, or inappropriate behavior.

• Cancellations must be made prior to scheduled appointment time.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a trip charge.

Sabine Service Company, LLC operates under Texas HVAC Contractor License TACLA156927C and complies with all applicable state and local regulations.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
